Function Introduction
1. Pneumatic precision welding head
Horizontal welding structure, double linear guide design, left and
right pressure can be adjusted separately. Built-in pressure
sensor, precise control to apply stable pressure.
2. Adjusting mechanism of welding head
The welding head can be adjusted up and down to increase the
distance between the desktop and the welding head. Can weld a
variety of different heights, different types of cells.
3. Transistor power supply
The welding current rises very fast, achieving high quality welding
in a short time. The waveform of welding current, voltage and
resistance is dynamically and real-time detected. Built-in
pre-check function, welding work can be judged before welding
power.
