Equipment introduction
● This battery separator is suitable for automatic sorting equipment
for testing the voltage and internal resistance of cylindrical
batteries of various specifications.
● More than 4,000 cylindrical finished batteries are sorted every
hour.
● Adopt 10+1 gear design, a total of 11 gears. The back end is
independently set with 1 NG slot and 10 good product stalls.
● Using PLC+ upper computer control mode, the upper computer records
and displays sorting data in real time, and the sorting data can be
saved and exported.
● Mitsubishi PLC+ imported Panasonic servo control unit +4 probe
design is adopted. The mechanical structure design is simple and
generous, and the system performance is stable.
● Adopt an integrated industrial computer, which makes
human-computer interaction simple and convenient.
● Easy-to-operate interface, with one-button generation function,
only need to input the initial voltage internal resistance, input
the corresponding interval, you can complete the parameter setting.
● With the function of manually modifying parameters, fine
adjustment can be made for each gear, and adjustment can also be
made by using the one-button modification function.
● Fault information reminder function, fault sound and light alarm,
can quickly diagnose faults.
● Aluminum alloy structure, electrostatic powder spraying process,
scratch resistance, rust prevention and antistatic.

A: Our technicians had installed the machine before shipment. For
the installation of some widgets, we will send out detailed
training videos and user manuals randomly. 95% of customers can
teach themselves.

A: We don't have a minimum order quantity. Whether it is an order
of 1 or 100, we will wholeheartedly support you.
Q: How does your factory do in terms of quality control?
A: Quality comes first. More than 20 tests will be performed on
each unit. After all the tests are passed, our QC will test the
