● The material of alumina copper has the advantages of softening
resistance, abrasion resistance, long service life and high number
of spot welding.
● The electrode life is more than 5 times that of ordinary chrome
zirconium copper, which reduces the downtime and grinding time of
the electrode.
● Battery spot welder adopts the welding needle made of alumina
copper, which improves the efficiency of the automatic welding
production line, and does not bond the electrode when welding
plated metal, which provides a terminal solution for welding
galvanised steel, and is an indispensable electrode material for
