● This sticker machine is controlled by PLC, such as stepping motor
and cylinder, to complete the function of sticking highland barley
insulating paper on the positive pole of 18650/21700/21650 finished
batteries.
● The number of finished cylindrical batteries can be about 4,000
per hour.
● Use a 7-inch high-definition touch screen to monitor the running
status of the machine in real time.
● Punching is carried out by using a cylinder-driven cutter, and
four batteries are punched at a time. Slices are made of high-speed
steel, which has high wear resistance, good finished product
quality and high production efficiency.
● Stickers and stamping are stable, with high position consistency
and low reject rate.
● Fault information reminder function, fault sound and light alarm,
can quickly diagnose faults.
● It has the function of cleaning the tailings, and can empty the
tailings with one key.
● Compatible materials: highland barley paper, express paper,
sticky rice paper, RET protective stickers, etc.
