Function Introduction
1. Pneumatic precision welding head
Horizontal welding structure, double linear guide design, left and
right pressure can be adjusted separately. Built-in pressure
sensor, precise control to apply stable pressure.
2. Pressure regulation
The welding head pressure is adjustable from 1-10KG to ensure good
welding results of different thicknesses and materials.
3. High quality cable
Pure copper cable, low resistance wire, high current carrying
capacity, thick enough, and non heating during welding.
Equipment workflow
Power on -- Adjust parameters -- Place the installed battery pack
on the workbench -- step on the pedal -- the welding head starts to
move -- spot
welding is completed -- the welding head returns
Welding case
1. The welding machine in the parameter setting state do not turn
off the power, the wrong turn off the power may cause the setting
parameters can not be saved or the parameter error.
2. The power supply should be turned off when the welding machine
stops working. If you do not work for a long time, unplug the power
plug and compressed air plug.
3. Try to ensure that the electrode is clean and smooth. When the
oxide layer appears on the electrode working surface, the surface
oxide layer should be removed by sandpaper and other tools.
4. Keep enough lubricating oil in the oil mist. When there is
little lubricating oil, lubricating oil can be added from the
refueling hole. ISO VG32 or equivalent lubricants are recommended.

possible. Do not try to repair the machine by yourself or others.
