Equipment introduction
● CBFXH-10 multi-functional cylindrical battery test and sorting
machine is an automatic sorting equipment suitable for various
specifications of cylindrical battery voltage internal resistance
test.
● Applicable cell specifications:
18650/21700/226650/26700/32650/32700, etc.
● The number of cylindrical finished battery cells sorted by each
hour is more than 4,000.
● The operation interface is simple and has a one-click generation
function. Simply enter the start-up voltage, internal resistance
and the corresponding interval to complete the parameter setting.
● With manual parameter modification function, each gear can be
adjusted by fine adjustment or one-key modification function.
● Adopt 10+1 gear design, a total of 11 gears. 10 good product
slots, and 1 defective product storage area is independently set at
the back end.
● Using PLC+ host computer control mode, the upper computer records
and displays sorting data in real time, and can save and export
sorting data.
● Mitsubishi PLC + imported Panasonic servo control unit + 4 probe
design. The mechanical structure design is simple and generous, and
the system performance is stable.
● Using 19-inch integrated industrial-grade computer, real-time
display of sorting data, simple and convenient human-computer
interaction.
● Fault information reminder function, fault sound and light alarm,
can quickly diagnose the fault.

A: Our technicians had installed the machine before shipment. For

training videos and user manuals randomly. 95% of customers can

Q: How does your factory do in terms of quality control?
