Function Introduction
1. Inspection and testing organization
4 Probe design, positive and negative electrode detection at the
same time, with brand internal resistance meter, more accurate test
data.
According to the test parameters, the upper computer analyzes the
data and sorts the cells to the designated channel.
2. Italic design
The ten grades all adopt italic design, open gate, simple and
convenient material receiving, saving time and labor, and

3. Loading mechanism
Humanized design, easy to fill the whole box. Large container , one
time can put 200PCS18650 battery cells.
Device action flow description
The battery cell is put into the bin -- the test wheel runs to the
test position -- the test cylinder moves -- the test needle presses
to the battery cell --
the tester reads the data -- transfers to the computer -- the
computer matches the gear -- the battery cell is transferred to the
sorting belt -- the
sorting belt runs to the specified gear -- the gear cylinder moves
to push the battery cell out
